All our pieces are crafted with genuine natural gemstones and depending on the design, feature a high-quality brass base or 925 sterling silver, both heavily dipped in 18K gold for long-lasting radiance.

How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking pristine:
Avoid water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
 Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or a separate jewelry box to prevent scratches and damage. Keep it in a clean, dry, and cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Exposure to excessive light, heat, or moisture may affect the quality of the gold plating over time. Proper storage ensures your jewelry stays radiant for years to come!
Use a soft cloth to gently clean after wearing.

Are the gemstones real?
Yes! We use 100% natural gemstones, meaning each stone is unique in color and pattern. Slight variations in texture and hue are completely normal, making every piece unique and one-of-a-kind.

Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?
We do not currently offer full customization, but we continuously release exclusive designs inspired by artistry and nature. Stay tuned for our latest drops!

Can I include a birthday card with my order?

Yes! We offer beautiful birthday cards that can be included in your packaging. If you’d like to add a personalized message, simply write your note in the “Notes” section at checkout, and we will make sure to include it in your order. It’s the perfect way to add a thoughtful touch to your gift!


What happens if my jewelry gets damaged?
We offer free repairs within the first year for any plating-related issues. If your piece requires repairs outside of this warranty, contact us, and we’ll provide a repair quote based on the extent of the damage.

How long does gold plating last?
Our thick 18K gold plating is designed for durability. However, longevity depends on care and usage. Proper maintenance will help preserve its shine for years. 

Do You Offer a Guarantee on Your Jewelry?

At IVORY, we take pride in crafting high-quality jewelry using natural gemstones and premium gold plating. Each piece is carefully designed to maintain its beauty over time. However, we understand that plating can naturally wear with use.

That’s why we offer a 1-year guarantee from the date of purchase, covering only plating issues such as:

• Significant fading or discoloration of the gold plating due to manufacturing defects.

What is not covered?

Our guarantee does not cover:

• General wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or minor fading.

• Damage caused by water, perfumes, chemicals, or improper care.

• Accidental damage, breakage, or loss.


How to Request a Plating Repair?

If you experience a plating issue within the guarantee period, contact us at hello.ivorycairo@gmail.com with:

• Your order number.

• A clear photo of the affected area.

• A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and assist you in restoring your piece. After the 1-year period, we may still offer replating services for a fee.
