At IVORY, we take immense pride in crafting exquisite, made-to-order jewelry, ensuring that each piece meets the highest standards of artistry and excellence. Every creation undergoes strict quality control before leaving our office. Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, we do not offer refunds.

However, if your piece is not the perfect fit, we are pleased to offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unworn, in pristine condition, and returned in its original packaging.

• The request is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting our Client Services Team at hello.ivorycairo@gmail.com

• The item was not purchased during a sale, as sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please note that the client is responsible for return shipping, and any associated costs.


Quality Control & Craftsmanship Guarantee

At IVORY, we uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship. Every piece is carefully inspected through a rigorous quality control process before it is shipped to ensure excellence in design and finish. However, in the rare instance that your jewelry arrives with a craftsmanship defect or damage from transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed images. Our team will assess the issue and offer a repair or replacement at no additional cost.

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged:

• Earrings

• Sale or promotional items
